The Opportunity


Reporting to the Director of Product, this role is accountable for solidifying and driving the continued advancement of our product offering and delivering the utmost value to end users, maintaining our leadership within the grocery retail eCommerce space.


This high-performance team collaborates regularly with the technology, marketing, sales, finance, and customer experience teams to solve market problems. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, day-to-day execution of multiple product initiatives, and empowering implementation teams with what they need to succeed. You will have an opportunity to engage externally with clients and partners, emulating company values and product discipline towards achieving our product objectives. Lastly, you will solidify and manage product plans that are supported, tangible yet robust, and pragmatically prioritized to ensure we are delivering as much value as possible.


What You’ll Do


  • Solidify and drive product initiatives towards defined success
  • Demonstrate and refine processes involved in defining, exploring and solving market problems 
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external teams to create opportunities, motivate others, and secure buy-in towards company and product objectives
  • Empower those who implement solutions with what is required for success
  • Effective cross-department collaboration for go-to-market success of product initiatives
  • Create innovative ways to contribute towards the product’s growth, influence the solutioning process to align objectives with opportunities, prioritize our efforts, and influence direction
  • Immerse yourself in the cross-functional product development process from beginning to end, drive collaboration across teams, facilitate timely decisions, drive product and delivery success
  • Be the voice of the customer, and make data-driven decisions to evangelize investments that will have the highest impact on those customers
  • Empower others to take ownership, make decisions, and grow both personally and professionally


What You Bring


  • 3-5+ years of product management experience, and proven success in developing innovative products from concept to launch
  • A deep understanding of web and mobile technologies
  • Experience working with business partners and integrations
  • A demonstrated ability to influence an organization through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading product innovation across cross-functional teams, with a track record of delivering product quality and reliability
  • A demonstrated ability to anticipate risks, navigate ambiguity, develop plans and successfully execute over multiple quarters
  • A passion for delivering excellence which is demonstrated through ownership, accountability, and drive
  • A growth-mindset and a natural sense of curiosity with the ability to inspire creativity and innovation.
  • Experience in an environment with competing priorities, with a demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize complex product portfolios
  • A strong understanding of retail and eCommerce
  • A love of learning, a constant drive for self-improvement and a desire to help everyone grow and succeed
